Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Channel Support (50%)
- Support sales teams with integrated marketing plans and activities.
- Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including EDMs, collateral, videos, banners, and social media content.
Social Media Management (40%)
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for global social media platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end content process, from origination to Compliance approval and posting.
- Monitor social media engagement, track performance metrics, and report to stakeholders.
- Adapt content from various teams (brand, product, sustainability) for different audiences and channels.
Internal Communications Support (10%)
- Partner with the global communications team to draft and edit news articles.
- Support the distribution of company updates on the internal communication platform.
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage workflows under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
- Hands-on experience with major social media platforms and visual content creation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with new technology.
- A strong command of written and spoken English.
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
