What's The Role

The APAC Marketing team is seeking a proven and highly motivated individual that will define, develop, and execute marketing strategies and plans to build awareness, generate qualified leads, nurture prospect and existing client relationships to drive commercial impact for Bloomberg's products and solutions across the South East Asia region – by leveraging an integrated marketing approach including events and digital campaigns.

You will work with business partners (Sales, Products, Market Specialists, etc), internal marketing partners (content, digital, creative, events teams) and external agencies across the region and globally to manage and execute the marketing programs to the highest standards. As a regional marketing manager, you will partner closely with other marketing managers in APAC and globally, ensuring we are sharing best practices, optimizing campaigns, and driving a similar narrative aligned to the global marketing strategy while catering to local/regional nuances.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage a high volume of projects, demonstrate financial services knowledge and a passion for our brand.

We'll Trust You To

  • Collaborate across business and marketing to identify marketing priorities aligned with business goals - from strategic marketing planning through to implementation and tracking results.
  • Apply strong understanding of regional/market nuances and translate these into impactful strategies and campaigns
  • Partner with both internal brand, creative and design teams & external agencies to execute on impactful and result-driven marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with regional marketing managers to ensure the solutions/audiences you are responsible for are supported with well-informed and innovative marketing programs that deliver a optimal return on our marketing investment
  • Run your own workload and prioritize multiple requests from various parts of the business
  • Become an advocate for the Bloomberg brand to ensure all marketing activities are aligned and support the overall brand
  • Work across matrix organization to deliver the best outcomes and results
  • Adapt, learn quickly and be resourceful
  • Be innovative and creative to bring new ideas to the team

You'll Need To Have

  • Minimum 8 years of recent experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple markets in APAC in a large global organisation
  • Demonstrated B2B marketing experience covering the financial services industry across APAC especially in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam)
  • Proven track record in defining regional marketing strategies, plans and activities with hands on ability to deliver integrated marketing campaigns end to end
  • Knowledge on key financial organisation types (banks, hedge funds, asset management, etc.) and player types (e.g. traders, analysts, portfolio managers, etc.) including key decision makers
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organisation
  • University degree or equivalent
