Marketing Operations Executive

Responsibilities

. Manage communication between Sales & Marketing team to ensure all are aligned with

product delivery strategy.

. Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are

delivered on time.

. Conduct internal and market analysis to identify key areas of growth for new products.

. Help build and improve resilient internal processes that will allow the business to scale

quickly.

. Issuing invoices and airway bills to customers and counterparts.

. Reply to customer inquiries via email and on social media platforms.

Requirements

. Must be able to communicate in English and have knowledge of appropriate software

including Ms word, excel, power point, google etc.

. Cheerful and outgoing personality.

. Good time management and being able to complete tasks in a given time.
