Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead the execution of digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Manage brand positioning, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Oversee advertising, PR, promotions, and events to boost brand awareness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Optimize marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on all campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a marketing team to ensure productivity and creativity.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
