About the Role
Were looking for an APAC Event Marketing Manager for our Enterprise Technology Solutions Client to design and deliver exceptional virtual and in-person events across the region. Youll play a key role in driving awareness, pipeline, and customer engagement through a diverse portfolio of initiatives from 3rd-party tradeshows to company-hosted flagship experiences.
This role blends strategic event planning, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Youll be the go-to expert for event excellence, guiding stakeholders on best practices while ensuring every project meets business objectives, ROI, and customer delight.
What Youll Be Doing
- Develop and execute events aligned to marketing and business KPIs
- Manage end-to-end delivery of small and large-scale B2B events (venue sourcing, production, creative, logistics, budget management, post-event ROI analysis)
- Partner with internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to drive demand and thought-leadership opportunities
- Secure speaking opportunities at industry events to amplify brand presence
- Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring seamless production and impactful experiences
- Track budgets up to $300k, ensuring accountability, compliance, and measurable outcomes
- Continuously innovate event experiences, piloting new ideas and scaling proven successes
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years experience in event marketing (ideally within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment)
- Proven track record managing both live and virtual events that support the customer journey and sales pipeline
- Strong project management skills highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure
- Creative thinker with the ability to deliver fresh, engaging event experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English + either Korean or Mandarin/Taiwanese due to working with local stakeholders in country
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative in driving initiatives across multiple teams
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to report on event ROI and impact
