Role Summary
The Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, brand growth, and campaign execution across all company brands, including InstaPod and OSG. This role owns the marketing direction, budget allocation, performance tracking, and team leadership to drive revenue and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for InstaPod and OSG
Define annual and quarterly marketing goals aligned with business targets
Lead and mentor the marketing team (brand, content, performance, partnerships)
Coordinate cross-department collaboration with product, operations, and sales
Campaign Management
Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns (social media, paid ads, influencer, PR)
Ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI and brand growth
Launch new products and marketing initiatives
Budget & Performance Management
Own the marketing budget and allocate resources across channels
Track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer growth
Optimize marketing spend based on performance insights
Brand Growth
Drive brand awareness and positioning in the Southeast Asia market
Identify new growth channels and partnerships
Oversee brand reputation and communication strategy
Requirements
3+ years experience in marketing leadership or senior marketing roles
Experience managing marketing campaigns and teams
Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing metrics
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and growth strategies
Strong communication and leadership abilities
