MARKETING MANAGER

MOON CHAY VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is a leading vegetarian restaurant committed to providing delicious, healthy, and sustainable plant-based cuisine. We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase foot traffic, online orders, and brand visibility.

2. Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence (Facebook) , creating engaging content.

3. Support the development and refinement of marketing strategies by reviewing campaign outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

4. Manage online listings (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc.) and respond to customer reviews.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

1. Research customer preferences, dining trends, and competitors to create targeted marketing campaigns. Use Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and boost online orders.

2. Schedule posts and track engagement using Meta Business Suite while designing content with Canva. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.

3. Utilize marketing tools and platforms to review campaign outcomes, assess audience engagement, and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing strategies.

4. Keep restaurant profiles updated on review platforms and respond to feedback promptly. Optimize descriptions and keywords to improve search rankings and attract local diners.
