Role Objective
Your job is to lead Koocester's marketing department and turn content, campaigns, and audience attention into measurable business growth.
You will manage and train the team across:
- Video editors
- Copywriters
- Producers
- Events
- Social Media Manager
This role is not just about planning content. You are responsible for building a marketing engine that creates reach, trust, leads, enquiries, and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Koocester's platforms
- Build campaign ideas that drive views, leads, enquiries, and brand trust
- Translate company goals into clear marketing actions
- Identify which campaigns should focus on awareness, leads, sales, recruitment, or positioning
- Ensure every campaign has a clear objective, CTA, target audience, and success metric
2. Manage & Train the Marketing Team

Improve video angles, guest sourcing, shoot planning, interview quality, and marketing direction
Events Team
Improve event marketing, attendance, lead capture, sponsorship opportunities, and post-event content
Social Media Manager
Improve posting strategy, content calendar, platform growth, engagement, and reporting
Your job is to make the team sharper, faster, and more commercially effective.
3. Content & Video Performance
- Review video ideas before production
- Improve hooks, storylines, CTAs, captions, and content structure
- Ensure videos are not only viral, but commercially useful
- Train producers and editors to think beyond nice video and focus on audience retention, trust, and conversion
- Analyse winning videos and turn them into repeatable frameworks
4. Lead Generation & Funnel Improvement
- Build and improve lead capture funnels
- Work on CTAs, landing pages, forms, campaign flows, and lead qualification
- Ensure leads are properly tracked, tagged, and handed over to sales
- Analyse which videos and campaigns generate the best leads
- Improve conversion from attention to enquiry
5. Campaign Execution & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate campaign execution between producers, editors, copywriters, events, social media, and sales
- Ensure everyone understands the campaign objective
- Keep timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities clear
- Make sure campaigns move from idea to execution without getting stuck in endless discussion
- Conduct campaign reviews and improve the next execution
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track campaign performance weekly
- Review views, retention, engagement, leads, lead quality, conversion, and revenue influence
- Prepare clear marketing reports for management
- Identify what is working, what is failing, and what needs to change
- Use data to train the team and improve future campaigns
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Experience managing marketing, content, creative, or campaign teams
- Able to work on-site in Singapore
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, short-form video, and content marketing
- Able to guide video editors, copywriters, producers, events, and social media teams
- Strong campaign planning and execution ability
- Able to create marketing angles, hooks, CTAs, and campaign ideas
- Comfortable with performance tracking and marketing reports
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and team members at once
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Good to Have
- Experience in lead generation
- Experience with landing pages, funnels, CRM, or ads
- Experience working with sales teams
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Lark, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, ManyChat, or similar tools
- Experience in media, agency, property, interior design, automotive, finance, F&B, or lifestyle industries
