Marketing Manager - Job Scope

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across all company brands and platforms. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving sales, managing social media presence, planning campaigns, and ensuring consistent branding across all outlets and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and campaign calendars
  • Create strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour
  • Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, collaborations, and events
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, etc.)
  • Plan and schedule daily/weekly content
  • Work with content creators, videographers, and outlet staff for content production
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing direction
  • Monitor engagement, replies, comments, and online reputation

3. Content Creation & Branding

  • Brainstorm and execute creative marketing ideas
  • Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and promotional materials
  • Create captions, promotional posters, advertisements, and campaign concepts
  • Ensure branding consistency across all platforms, outlets, menus, uniforms, and advertisements

4. Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns
  • Optimise ad performance and marketing budgets
  • Generate leads and improve conversion rates through digital marketing
  • Monitor website traffic, analytics, and customer data

5. Outlet & Operations Support

  • Work closely with outlet managers and operations team to support sales growth
  • Assist in planning launch events, promotions, and new product campaigns
  • Ensure marketing materials are properly displayed at outlets
  • Coordinate marketing activities between multiple branches/businesses

6. Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Source and liaise with influencers, media partners, and collaborators
  • Build relationships with brands and external marketing partners
  • Organise sponsored content, reviews, and partnership campaigns

7. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
  • Track KPIs such as sales growth, engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Present campaign performance and future recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, social media, or digital advertising preferred
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, and content marketing
  • Creative mindset with strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good understanding of branding and customer engagement
  • Experience in F&B or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Basic photo/video editing skills are a bonus
