Responsibilities
1. Develop market strategies and marketing promotion plans based on the company's business strategy
2. Conduct market research and analysis, study the development status of peers, regularly conduct market analysis and forecasting, and provide a basis for company decision-making
3. Output insight analysis reports and regularly refresh target customer profiles to discover market opportunities
4. Make creative proposals around strategies, independently organize and coordinate resources to complete the execution of communication plans, and have clear data tracking of the results of execution
5. Lead the construction or coordination of various forms of marketing and promotion content (such as professional endorsements, benchmark cases, promotional brochures, solutions, product materials, and major event reports)
6. Leading thematic marketing activities or planning and organizing product ecological cooperation
7. Establish, coordinate, and maintain relationships with the government, media, partners, and customers to ensure a favorable external environment
8. Organize various rewards and corporate honors to enhance the brand influence of the enterprise.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, business, computer science, etc., with at least 5 years of experience in software industry or B2B product marketing/promotion
2. Have the ability to independently write solutions, as well as sharp market insights and market analysis skills
3. Good image, upright personality, outgoing personality, sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork
4. Can adapt to strong work pressure and short-term business trips
5. Proficient in English and Mandarin for serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
