The Marketing Manager manages execution of the organisation's marketing efforts. This includes managing the organisation's brand image, digital marketing communications and promotional campaigns. He/She leverages market research on brand awareness, market trends and target buyer and seller landscapes to enhance promotion of the organisation's product and service offerings.
He networks extensively outside of the office to stay in close contact with the key industry stakeholders, constantly on the lookout for new marketing opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversee all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
2. Guide the creation of all marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling message.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends to inform our marketing strategy.
4. Comply with all company policies, relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that the business adhere to all necessary regulations.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Effective communication with a range of stakeholders. management team and people, both internally and externally.
2. Execute and evaluate digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote online presence through the use of digital marketing.
3. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
