Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, e-commerce platforms, websites, and retail support

  • Oversee content planning and creation to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

  • Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners where required

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and operations

  • Monitor budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed efficiently


Job Requirements :

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Customer-oriented and responsible work attitude

  • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to operational needs
