Job Summary
Support the Marketing department by organizing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing data, managing digital content, and facilitating promotional events to drive the company's growth and marketing goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks to maintain smooth coordination and functionality within the Marketing department
- Assist marketing executives in planning and executing marketing projects to meet departmental objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires to inform marketing strategies
- Apply marketing analytics techniques to collect and interpret data from social media, web analytics, and rankings for actionable insights
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Organize and support promotional events and both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to ensure successful execution
- Prepare and deliver engaging promotional presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Create, compose, and publish online content on the company's website and social media platforms to enhance brand presence
- Write marketing materials such as brochures and press releases to strengthen the company's market visibility
- Communicate directly with clients to build and maintain trusting relationships that support business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Understanding of office management and marketing principles to support departmental operations
- Ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
- Strong organizational skills combined with a customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of market research techniques and database management for accurate data handling
- Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Adwords
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members
- High School diploma BSc in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is a strong advantage
