We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our automotive business in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for brand management, digital marketing, campaign execution, and strengthening collaboration with headquarters, the car principal, and dealer partners to support overall sales growth and brand positioning.
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and market share in Singapore.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company sales objectives and overall business strategy.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and industry trends.
2. Liaison with Headquarters, Car Principal & Dealers
Act as the key point of contact between the Singapore office, regional or global headquarters, and the car principal for all marketing-related matters.
Ensure local marketing strategies and campaigns align with the brand guidelines and marketing direction set by headquarters and the car principal.
Coordinate closely with dealer partners and sales teams to support showroom marketing activities, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.
Provide regular updates and marketing performance reports to headquarters and the car principal.
3. Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen brand positioning in the Singapore market.
Ensure all marketing materials, communications, and campaigns comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
Work with headquarters and the car principal on new product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
4. Digital Marketing
Manage and oversee digital marketing channels including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
Work with digital agencies to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
Track digital campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data analytics.
5. Campaign & Event Management
Plan and execute product launches, showroom events, test drive events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
Collaborate with dealers and internal sales teams to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
Manage relationships with media partners, marketing agencies, and event vendors.
6. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Develop marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion.
Manage CRM marketing campaigns, including email marketing and customer engagement programs.
Monitor customer feedback and market sentiment to enhance marketing effectiveness.
7. Budget & Performance Management
Manage and monitor the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and cost control.
Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the automotive, EV, or mobility industry.
Experience working with automotive principals, headquarters teams, or dealer networks will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in automotive product launches and showroom marketing.
Familiarity with the Singapore automotive market and consumer trends.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
