Marketing Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Fita Bake & Cake Pte Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support the growth and promotion of the company's food and beverage business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth
• Promote the company's bakery, catering and food service operations through online and offline marketing channels
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate marketing events, seasonal promotions and customer engagement activities
• Conduct market research and analyse customer trends and competitors activities
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional content and business presentations
• Support management in sales planning, branding and business development initiatives
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare periodic reports for management review

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or business development experience
• Experience in food & beverage, bakery or hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with social media marketing and digital advertising platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and marketing tools

• Full-time position based in Singapore
