Sinch is accelerating investment in our email solutions, and APAC is a key growth region. We're hiring our first Marketing Manager, Email APAC - a product-specialist field marketer who will own demand generation and pipeline creation for our email portfolio across Southeast Asia, and ANZ.

You'll lead regional go-to-market execution for one of Sinch's fastest-growing product lines, partnering closely with a dedicated BDR, our APAC sales teams, and our global Email product and marketing groups to drive cross-sell, new logo acquisition, and enterprise expansion.

Sinch's email portfolio includes API-first sending and tracking capabilities, plus deliverability and marketing-focused solutions (e.g., Mailgun and Mailjet)

Key Responsibilities include:

Regional Marketing Plan and Execution (Email)

  • Build and execute the APAC go-to-market plan for Sinch Email products, tailored to priority markets and segments (Commercial + Enterprise).
  • Translate global positioning into region-ready campaigns, plays, and sales motions that accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to define ICPs, priority verticals, target account lists, and quarterly pipeline targets.

Pipeline Generation (Cross-sell, New Logo, Expansion)

  • Drive cross-sell into our existing customer base with targeted plays, multi-touch nurture, and account-based programs.
  • Support new logo acquisition through integrated demand programs (ABM-lite, digital, partner, and events).
  • For strategic enterprise customers, build expansion programs that open new buying centers and uncover new email use cases with sales.

BDR and Sales Alignment

  • Operate as the marketing partner to the dedicated email BDR:
  • build outbound campaign themes, sequencing support, content offers, and follow-up programs
  • run tight feedback loops on conversion, objections, and what's landing in-market
  • Equip sellers with talk tracks, competitive context, and proof points, and ensure campaign follow-up is crisp and measurable.

Campaign and Content Excellence

  • Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, webinars, partner motions, account-based plays, and targeted field activations.
  • Localize and create high-performing assets with global teams: case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, sales decks, and vertical narratives.
  • Ensure programs reflect the capabilities of our email suite (e.g., scalable sending via API/SMTP, deliverability tools, security and compliance).

Performance, Reporting, and Optimization

  • Own dashboards and weekly readouts across pipeline metrics, funnel conversion, cost per stage, and program ROI.
  • Use insights to optimize channel mix, messaging, segmentation, and offer strategy across markets.

Stakeholder Management (APAC + Global)

  • Be the connector across APAC marketing, APAC sales, global email product, and global email marketing to keep priorities aligned and execution unblocked.
  • Bring market intelligence back to global teams: trends, competitor activity, objections, and customer requirements.

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven B2B field marketing / demand gen experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (APAC regional scope strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline through integrated campaigns (digital, events, ABM-style motions, partners).
  • Confidence in marketing technical and product-led solutions (bonus if you've worked with email, CPaaS, APIs, deliverability, or developer-first products).
  • Strong commercial orientation: you understand pipeline math, sales stages, and how to build programs that convert.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: you can align sales, product, and global teams without overcomplicating execution.
  • Comfortable with marketing automation + CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and a metrics-driven operating rhythm
