Role Description: Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing

The Marketing Manager specializing in Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote a company's products, services, or brand online. This role combines traditional marketing knowledge with modern digital marketing techniques, such as social media marketing, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), email marketing, and online analytics.

As a Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing, you will oversee a team (or work as part of a team) to execute digital campaigns, drive brand awareness, and generate leads or sales through online platforms. Your role also includes analyzing and optimizing the performance of digital campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights, and staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business is a plus, but not required.
  • Skills:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of various online marketing channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Ability to develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), including strategy development, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing digital campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or social media analytics tools.
  • SEO & SEM: Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing), including keyword research, on-page SEO, backlink strategies, and PPC campaign management.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo) and creating effective email campaigns.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Strong creative thinking, with the ability to develop and implement fresh marketing ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade online audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to optimize campaigns, improve performance, and address challenges quickly.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Digital Marketing Tools & Software: Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar tools.
  • Website & Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or other content management systems is helpful.
  • Design Tools (optional): Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator for creating marketing visuals.
