Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Singapore office. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a proactive communicator with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Drive onboarding, product adoption, and engagement to maximize customer value.
  • Understand customer goals and provide tailored recommendations to support success.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, usage data, and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Support renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Mandarin/Malay/Tamil a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Salary Benchmark (Singapore, 2025)
  • Entry / Junior CSM (13 yrs): SGD 4,000 5,500 / month 48,000 66,000 / year
  • Mid-Level CSM (36 yrs): SGD 5,500 7,500 / month 66,000 90,000 / year
  • Senior CSM / Team Lead: SGD 7,500 10,000 / month 90,000 120,000 / year
