Job Summary
Lead strategic marketing initiatives and sales growth within the interior construction sector by coordinating market analysis, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with sales teams to deliver business results and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for PQ, CPC, PDA, and Bussmann to achieve year-on-year sales revenue growth in Singapore
- Collaborate with Zonal Sales teams to deliver business and increase market share on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis
- Coordinate market analyses with sales team members to define accurate sales forecasts and plans
- Drive sales efficiency by delivering targeted product knowledge training to sales personnel
- Manage multiple interior construction projects involving electrical, ceiling partition, carpentry, tiling, awning, renovation, and fit-out works
- Monitor subcontractor work quality and ensure timely handover to clients
- Oversee payment monitoring and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Apply effective presentation and time management skills to support sales and project coordination
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Architecture, Interior Design, Project/Construction Management, Marketing Management, or related building construction/M&E studies
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the interior construction sector
- Demonstrate a positive, committed, and proactive can-do attitude
- Exhibit high integrity, teamwork, and a strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
