Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns aligned with regional marketing strategies across digital, offline, in-store, and event channels.
Collaborate with Digital and CRM teams to deliver seamless customer journeys, targeted campaigns, and engaging brand experiences.
Partner with brand principals, landlords, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing communications, promotions, and events.
Manage media planning and buying, including negotiations, bookings, artwork submissions, and press relations.
Oversee visual merchandising displays and seasonal campaigns to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Lead annual marketing projects, corporate campaigns, community initiatives, and CSR activities.
Develop corporate marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Manage the Marketing Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and ensure effective utilisation of resources.
Lead, coach, and develop the local marketing team while monitoring performance against KPIs.
Support CRM initiatives by sourcing gifts and collaborating on customer engagement programmes.
