Job Description
1. Develop and lead the Company's overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plans, and brand positioning to support business growth and revenue objectives.
2. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, SEO/SEM, CRM, and other marketing channels to maximize ROI and ROAS.
3. Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and achievement of marketing objectives.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance, customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, providing strategic recommendations to Management.
5. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, including lead generation, CRM, appointment management, and conversion optimization to improve business performance.
6. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, affiliates, media partners, agencies, and external vendors to strengthen brand awareness and business growth.
7. Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives, marketing content, advertising creatives, photography, videography, social media content, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
8. Lead online and offline marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, workshops, seminars, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
9. Participate in content creation, including video production, photo shoots, live streaming, and on-camera appearances where required to enhance audience engagement.
10. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team by providing coaching, performance management, resource planning, and fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
11. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Senior Management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, improve commercial performance, and support overall organizational growth.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
2. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
3. Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
4. Able to work independently as well as in a team, manage multiple priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
5. Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
6. Willing to travel, relocate, and work outside normal business hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
