Singapore Medical Group (SMG) is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives across our specialist healthcare businesses. In this role, you will partner closely with doctors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to develop impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand, grow patient acquisition, and support business expansion.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business priorities, driving patient acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
- Partner closely with doctors, business managers, and key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop marketing initiatives, and position our specialists as thought leaders.
- Create compelling content across multiple channels, including websites, social media, EDMs, patient education materials, print collateral, and doctor thought leadership content.
- Drive media relations, PR opportunities, and strategic partnerships to enhance SMG's brand visibility and attract new patients.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
- Manage and enhance digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing automation tools, and other digital solutions.
- Collaborate with the Performance & Digital Growth Lead and external agencies to support SEO, GEO, SEM, paid media, and digital acquisition initiatives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurement of marketing performance.
- Lead multiple marketing projects concurrently, ensuring timely execution through strong stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and regular performance reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Candidates from other fields with relevant marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
- Healthcare or medical industry experience will be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, social media, digital marketing, Google Analytics, and marketing performance measurement.
- Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, SEM, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business units and with medical professionals.
- Strong copywriting and content development skills will be an advantage.
- Experience with graphic design, video production, or video editing is a plus.
