Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our Singapore market across both retail and e-commerce. You'll own local marketing strategy and execution, from brand activations, events, and influencer partnerships to social, CRM, and performance tracking. This role works closely with HQ and cross-functional teams, and will be the go-to person for all things Singapore marketing. You'll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up locally across all platforms, while balancing commercial goals with long-term brand building.
Key Responsibilities:
Singapore Market Strategy & Planning
- Own the annual and quarterly marketing plan for Singapore, aligned to business goals across retail and e-commerce.
- Identify key commercial moments, cultural opportunities, and brand-building initiatives relevant to the local market.
- Balance short-term performance objectives with long-term brand health and desirability.
Brand Activations & Events
- Plan and execute brand and retail activations (in-store, pop-ups, collaborations, launches) that drive footfall, engagement, and brand affinity.
- Partner with Retail, VM, and Store Design teams to ensure activations are well-integrated and operationally sound.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and post-campaign evaluations.
Influencer & Community Marketing
- Lead paid and organic influencer strategies for Singapore, from seeding to campaign-based partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, media, and cultural partners aligned with the brand.
- Ensure influencer content feels authentic, on-brand, and commercially effective.
Social Media Planning (Singapore Focus)
- Own the local content calendar and planning in collaboration with HQ content teams.
- Ensure social content supports brand storytelling, product launches, and retail/e-comm priorities.
- Use insights and performance data to refine content direction and posting strategies.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Work closely with e-commerce and CRM teams to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversion.
- Segment audiences meaningfully to drive relevance and long-term customer value.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report on marketing performance across channels, linking efforts to sales, traffic, engagement, and brand KPIs.
- Conduct post-mortems on campaigns and activations to inform future planning.
- Present clear, actionable updates in weekly and monthly management reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with E-commerce, Retail Ops, Creative, Brand, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
- Act as the key Singapore marketing point-of-contact within the broader regional and HQ structure.
- Support store teams with marketing toolkits, campaign briefs, and execution guidance.
Requirements
- 58 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing both e-commerce and physical retail marketing.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's consumer, cultural landscape, and media ecosystem.
- Experience across events, influencer marketing, email/CRM, and social media planning.
- Commercially minded with the ability to link marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
- Highly organised, with strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high ownership.
