Job Summary
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will lead the design and execution of strategic initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth in the dynamic fintech sector. You will shape impactful campaigns and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies using an account-based approach to target key financial services and InsurTech audiences
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing events and campaigns that generate leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and deepen customer engagement
- Collaborate with industry event organizers and vendors to expand brand visibility and market reach
- Design and manage joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners to maximize impact
- Lead integrated campaigns, including product launches, from concept through execution and performance measurement
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack and CRM database to enhance campaign effectiveness and data accuracy
- Create compelling, audience-specific content such as blogs, infographics, and product updates tailored to financial services professionals
- Manage social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and brand loyalty
Sales
- Execute strategic prospecting to identify and qualify leads within financial services and InsurTech sectors
- Build and sustain strong relationships with C-level executives and operational teams to influence decision-making and foster trust
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly articulate business value and technical capabilities
- Negotiate contracts with clarity, empathy, and commercial rigor to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to align client feedback with product development and marketing strategies
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and utilize sales technology tools for accurate forecasting, outreach, and performance tracking
- Support sales presentations, proposal development, and pipeline management to drive deal closure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or marketing, preferably within financial services or InsurTech
- Demonstrated success in field marketing, sales enablement, and pipeline conversion
- Strong understanding of insurance workflows, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in digital and sales tools including CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, Outreach, and Google Workspace
- Creative and data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with a passion for fintech innovation and client engagement
