Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer traffic and revenue growth
Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline promotions, festive campaigns)
Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
Drive customer retention strategies including membership programs and repeat-visit campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Work closely with Operations and outlet teams to ensure effective campaign execution
Manage marketing budget and monitor campaign performance metrics
Identify new traffic channels and partnership opportunities to sustain long-term brand competitiveness
Job Requirement:
Minimum 4-5 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in the F&B industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of Singapore's F&B market and local consumer behavior
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)to manage bilingual marketing content, Chinese-language marketing materials, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics and performance tracking
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
