Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Formulate short- and long-term marketing plans to maximize ad space revenue across stations of Thomson-East Coast Line and ROI of advertising assets.
Media Product Development: Create innovative advertising opportunities within the transit environment to enhance impact and visibility for clients campaigns.
Client & Agency Management: Maintain relationships with industry players, agencies and brand partners, providing insights on audience engagement to drive bookings.
Coordination with sales and operations to enhance overall efficiency and deliver quality and creative solutions
Use passenger traffic data and market research to develop media packages and optimize ad placements with measurable advertising effectiveness.
Organize marketing campaigns aligned with commercial strategies and keep abreast of new market trends.
Liaise with landlord and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and launch of campaigns.
Assist the advertisement censorship process for the compliance of relevant rules and regulations.
Prepare reports and presentation materials for business update, revenue forecast and occupancy tracking.
Provide support in business development projects.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Project Management or relevant discipline
6 - 8 years of relevant working experience
Previous experience in outdoor media (OOH), advertising, or the transportation industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation and analytical skills
Self-motivated with good market sense, aggressive, easy-going, enthusiastic, confident
Good knowledge of PC and presentational skills
