Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Formulate short- and long-term marketing plans to maximize ad space revenue across stations of Thomson-East Coast Line and ROI of advertising assets.

  • Media Product Development: Create innovative advertising opportunities within the transit environment to enhance impact and visibility for clients campaigns.

  • Client & Agency Management: Maintain relationships with industry players, agencies and brand partners, providing insights on audience engagement to drive bookings.

  • Coordination with sales and operations to enhance overall efficiency and deliver quality and creative solutions

  • Use passenger traffic data and market research to develop media packages and optimize ad placements with measurable advertising effectiveness.

  • Organize marketing campaigns aligned with commercial strategies and keep abreast of new market trends.

  • Liaise with landlord and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and launch of campaigns.

  • Assist the advertisement censorship process for the compliance of relevant rules and regulations.

  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for business update, revenue forecast and occupancy tracking.

  • Provide support in business development projects.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree holder in Marketing / Business Administration / Project Management or relevant discipline

  • 6 - 8 years of relevant working experience

  • Previous experience in outdoor media (OOH), advertising, or the transportation industry is highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated with good market sense, aggressive, easy-going, enthusiastic, confident

  • Good knowledge of PC and presentational skills
