About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial – APAC Agents, you will be the brand custodian and marketing strategist for a portfolio of 11 distributor markets across the Asia Pacific region.

 

Your mission:

Translate our regional brand strategy into locally relevant, consumer-centric marketing plans that build brand equity, drive sell-out growth, and reinforce Clarins at every customer touchpoint.

 

You will partner closely with our distributors and with multiple internal teams (regional marketing, digital, media, CRM, e-commerce, training and visual merchandising) to ensure flawless execution across diverse and dynamic markets.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Shape and steer 360° marketing strategies tailored to each market's specificities, consumer profile, and channel mix
  • Strengthen our strategic brand pillars across Skincare, Makeup and Spa categories
  • Guide and optimize distributors marketing investments to maximize brand impact and ROI
  • Lead social media, media and CRM strategies in partnership with regional teams
  • Drive in-store visibility and brand experience through retail and visual merchandising projects
  • Evaluate campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and share best practices across markets
  • Travel regularly to markets to stay close to consumers, trade and distributor teams

 

You Have:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

 

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the beauty, luxury or premium FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in brand management and 360° marketing execution, ideally across multiple APAC markets.
  • Experience working with distributor markets is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and CRM.
  • Exposure to skincare and/or makeup categories is highly valued.

 

Technical Skills

  • Strong marketing fundamentals: brand strategy, consumer insights, product launch, media planning and campaign evaluation.
  • Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, pricing, A&P management, ROI analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint in particular).
  • Comfort with marketing analytics, CRM dashboards and reporting tools.
