Role: Customer Service Marketing Intern

Job Description

1. Support at Service Shop

• To support front line duties at service shop, attending to walk-in customers on purchase, sales enquiries and redemption
• Assist in organizing events to drive awareness and traffic to service shop

2. Promotion & Campaigns

• Create engaging media content on social media
• Coordinate on photo/video shooting
• Work with supplier on POSM production, coordinating with supplier and agency
• Support in driving promotion plans for customer service products & services

3. Website management

• Assist in copywriting & content enhancement
• Analyze on website traffic, CTR and purchase funnel to ensure site is optimized
• Assist in implementation of new features
• SEO analysis & reporting

4. Extended warranty

• Assist in sales & order processing

Job Requirements

• Applicants should be students pursuing a degree or diploma
• Ability to work independently

• Good organization and time-management skills
