Job Description
- Support the planning and execution of CRM and paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Email, push, search)
- Manage user segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new users (e.g. Gen Z audience)
- Deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and retention initiatives to drive loyalty and stickiness
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve ROI
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in loyalty programs, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative and proactive, with a passion for brainstorming and executing new ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or CRM tools is a plus.
- Need minimum commitment of 6 months
