Job Description

  • Support the planning and execution of CRM and paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Email, push, search)
  • Manage user segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new users (e.g. Gen Z audience)
  • Deepen relationships with existing customers through cross-selling and retention initiatives to drive loyalty and stickiness
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign data to optimize performance and improve ROI

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in loyalty programs, customer engagement, and digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative and proactive, with a passion for brainstorming and executing new ideas.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Need minimum commitment of 6 months
