About This Role
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to join SHOPLINE's Commercial team, with a core focus on event marketing and social media operations. This role will give you hands-on experience in end-to-end event execution, social content creation, and stakeholder engagementall while supporting SHOPLINE's goal of building strong connections with prospects and partners in the e-commerce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Google Ads: Assist in campaign setup and tracking, including building briefs, creating UTM links, and monitoring performance reports, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
Event Marketing Support: Support the planning and execution of offline trade shows and industry events. Assist with on-site logistics, vendor coordination, and manage post-event lead collection and processing.
Data Management: Support CRM clean-up, lead flow audits, and data enrichment to ensure accurate marketing attribution and reporting.
QA & Launch: Help QA links, landing pages, and creative assets to ensure smooth campaign and event launches.
Research: Conduct market and competitor research to support local campaign strategies and event planning.
Ideal Candidate:
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing data-heavy tasks and dynamic event logistics simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working in Spreadsheets/Excel and eager to deepen knowledge in Google Ads and CRM tools.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with local partners and internal teams.
Self-Starter: Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn by doing in a fast-paced environment.
