Internship Overview

Claryx is the advisory intelligence platform built by ITLink Business Solutions, designed to help accounting firms transform from compliance-focused teams into strategic advisory partners.

We are expanding our marketing operations and looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our GTM activities through research, outreach, content coordination, and partnership development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating markets, creating opportunity pipelines, speaking with external stakeholders, and helping a fast-growing SaaS product build visibility across podcasts, publications, and industry communities.

You will play a direct role in shaping how Claryx shows up across the accounting, finance, and business advisory ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership & Outreach

  • Identify podcasts, media outlets, LinkedIn creators, associations, newsletters, and industry communities relevant to Claryx's goals and objectives.

  • Conduct structured outreach to podcast invitations, guest articles, collaborations, community features, and co-marketing opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a partnerships pipeline and track responses using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

  • Draft outreach scripts, follow-up messages, and coordinate interview or publication schedules.

2. Market Research

  • Research industry trends, advisory transformation topics, competitor messaging, and emerging narratives in the accounting and finance technology space.

  • Build research summaries for internal use supporting thought leadership, founder content, and PR.

3. Content Assistance

  • Support in preparing, formatting, or refining articles, social media posts, guest submissions, and narratives for the founder's profile.

  • Assist with basic visual assets when needed.

  • Coordinate content calendars for campaigns across platforms.

4. Campaign Tracking & Prospecting

  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets for outreach success, campaign performance, and partnership results.

  • Monitor the progress of ongoing campaigns and help identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Support segmentation and lead-qualification efforts for specific outreach campaigns.

5. General Marketing Support

  • Assist with preparing materials for webinars, podcast appearances, or partnership content.

  • Support email campaign execution.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep content, outreach, and research aligned with Claryx's brand positioning.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in B2B marketing, partnerships, content research, and technology-driven industries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Confident doing outreach to external companies, creators, and media partners.

  • Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent outreach threads, and meet deadlines.

  • Comfortable conducting research and synthesizing information clearly.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in media, journalism, PR, podcast production, or editorial environments.

  • Comfortable with creative writing and content ideation.

  • Experience with tools like Canva and Hubspot.

  • Prior internship involving content creation, guest posting, or influencer/partner outreach.
