MARKETING EXECUTIVE (PERFORMANCE & CONTENT)

About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and content strategy across digital channels.
This role requires strong expertise in Meta A/B testing, Google Analytics (GA4), Performance Max campaigns, and the ability to execute high-converting campaigns while staying aligned with budget and ROI targets.
You will also be responsible for sourcing and managing KOC/KOL collaborations and content assets to support ad performance and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) - Ensure proper setup and execution of Meta A/B testing campaigns (creative, audience, copy)
- Monitor and optimise key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR
- Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven decisions
- Work closely with e-commerce team to align campaigns with platform promotions
Tracking, Analytics & Data Accuracy
- Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking and reporting
- Ensure UTM tracking structure is properly implemented and maintained across all campaigns
- Monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, etc.)
- Ensure campaign spend (CPAS) and attribution are accurate and aligned
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights
Budget Management & Planning
- Plan and manage monthly marketing budget across channels
- Ensure campaigns are executed within approved budget and ROI targets
- Optimise spend allocation based on performance and business priorities
- Forecast campaign performance and expected returns
KOC / KOL & Content Strategy
- Identify and source suitable KOC / KOL / influencers aligned with brand positioning
- Manage end-to-end collaboration (briefing, negotiation, content delivery)
- Ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and performance goals
- Evaluate influencer performance and ROI
Creative & Content Development
- Work with internal or external teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and video content
- Provide clear direction on content angles, hooks, and messaging for ads
- Test and optimise creatives based on A/B testing results
- Ensure content is suitable for boosting across Meta, TikTok, and Google
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with E-commerce, Sales, and Operations teams
- Align marketing campaigns with mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions with marketing insights
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads (including A/B testing)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - Solid understanding of UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and attribution models
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns
- Experience working with KOC/KOL and content creators
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Good understanding of e-commerce and digital consumer journey
