Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive with strong telemarketing experience to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will support marketing initiatives, generate leads through outbound calls, and help drive customer engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, and telemarketing) to generate qualified leads and support sales objectives.
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services and set up appointments or demos.
Maintain a database of leads and contacts using CRM tools, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Assist in content creation, including marketing collaterals, newsletters, presentations, and online campaigns.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts.
Work closely with design teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather content and promote projects.
Ad-hoc administrative and sales support duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on telemarketing or telesales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to customers over the phone.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
With presentations and time management skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong Understanding of brand development and management.
Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads).
Multilingual abilities (English plus one local language or dialect) for outreach to diverse clients.
