Job Description

To assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance Tru-Marine's market presence, generate business opportunities, and support the company's continued growth in the global marine industry.

1. Content Creation and Marketing Communications

. Develop, plan, and execute engaging content across the Company's digital platforms, including LinkedIn, and progressively expand to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

. Produce, film, and edit high-quality short-form video content to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.

. Create compelling written content, including social media posts, articles, email marketing (EDMs), website copy, case studies, and other marketing communications.

. Design and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, product sheets, one-page summaries, presentation decks, and other promotional materials.

2. Brand Management

. Ensure consistent application of the Company's brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

. Maintain and organise brand assets, marketing materials, reports, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.

3. Market Research and Performance Analysis

. Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that support business development and sales initiatives.

. Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement, brand visibility, lead generation, and commercial outcomes.

. Consolidate marketing data and cross-functional inputs into clear reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

4. Marketing Operations and Project Coordination

. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure alignment across departments.

. Organise and facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, monitor action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

. Coordinate and support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, public relations activities, and both internal and external marketing initiatives.

. Provide ad hoc marketing support and undertake additional duties or projects as assigned to meet business and departmental objectives.

5. Ad-hoc Duties

. Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by senior management.
