Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive, together with the Marketing and Communications Executive, will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events, programmes, and initiatives at SCAL, while also supporting the marketing efforts of its subsidiary, SC2 Pte Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to contribute to meaningful industry initiatives and high-profile events.

Job Description:

. Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, member engagement initiatives and more.

. Design and produce marketing and promotional materials (digital and print) to support campaigns, events, and corporate branding, ensuring timely dissemination across channels.

. Support the planning and execution of major industry events such as annual dinners, workshops, seminars, site visits, and outreach programmes.

. Manage updates and content for SCAL's and SC2's websites, including announcements, event listings, membership updates, and resources.

. Coordinate event logistics, prepare event materials (collaterals, decks, banners, brochures), and provide on-site assistance during events.

. Arrange for corporate gifts, plaques, awards, and certificates for events and recognition programmes.

. Contribute to the promotion of industry initiatives such as safety and health campaigns, technology adoption programmes, and student outreach efforts.

. Assist in the preparation of marketing decks, sponsorship proposals, surveys, and post-event reports.

. Handle routine administrative tasks related to marketing, communications, and event management.

. Any other duties assigned by Executive Director/ Senior Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

. Relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event management is an advantage.

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

. Basic knowledge of design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.

. Familiarity with social media platforms.
