We are looking for a proactive and personable Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
This role does not require extensive marketing experience ,candidates with short-term internships or a few months of project-based promotion experience are welcome to apply. What matters most is having strong execution ability, interpersonal skills, and comprehension to deliver tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns (including exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities).
- Support social media content creation and daily management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Create simple visual materials such as posters, short videos, and digital content (basic skills in Canva or other tools are sufficient).
- Work cross-functionally to understand and implement HQ's marketing directions and strategies.
- Provide on-site support during marketing activities, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
Requirements
- No extensive marketing experience required internship or 2-3 months of promotional/project experience is acceptable.
- Strong execution ability proactive, reliable, and able to complete tasks without delays.
- Good comprehension and learning ability ,quick to adapt to new tasks and tools.
- Personable, approachable, and a good communicator able to build positive relationships at events and within the team.
- Passion for marketing and digital media, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and campaign support.
