Overview
This role focuses on translating campaigns, in-store experiences, and brand initiatives into relevant social content, ensuring consistent output while supporting paid amplification and performance tracking. This role will work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver content that drives awareness, engagement, and in-store and online traffic.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning, Execution & Campaign Support
- Support the planning and execution of social content aligned to campaign priorities, tenant features, and in-store happenings
- Create and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Telegram (posts, reels, stories)
- Develop planned content with clear timelines and deliverables
- Support campaign rollouts across organic and paid channels, including post boosting and basic ad setup
- Monitor content and campaign performance, and flag opportunities for optimisation
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand identity across all platforms
2. Content Creation & Production
- Produce day-to-day content including captions, visuals, and short-form videos
- Support photo and video shoots for campaigns, store events, and product features
- Work with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to source and create content
- Edit and optimise content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
3. Community, Reporting & Coordination
- Monitor social channels and respond to customer queries and comments in a timely manner
- Escalate issues where necessary and ensure a positive brand experience
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic indicators)
- Support monthly reporting with basic insights and observations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on content requests and timelines
- Support administrative and coordination tasks required for content execution
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Familiar with major social platforms and content formats (IG, TikTok, FB)
- Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager (boosting and simple campaigns)
- Comfortable with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
- Strong copywriting and attention to detail
- Organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute ideas
