We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence through content creation, social media management, and livestream campaigns.
This role plays a key part in increasing brand awareness, driving store traffic, and boosting sales through engaging digital content and live selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Plan and create engaging content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Etc)
- Produce short-form videos, reels, and promotional posts
- Develop content for product promotions, new arrivals, and in-store campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
2. Livestream
- Plan, host, and execute livestream sessions (e.g. TikTok Live, Facebook Live)
- Promote products, offers, and campaigns during live sessions
- Engage with viewers and drive real-time sales conversions
- Coordinate with operations team for product availability and promotions
3. Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting and content calendar
- Monitor engagement (comments, messages, reviews) and respond promptly
- Grow followers and improve engagement across platforms
4. Campaign & Promotion Support
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and festive events
- Work closely with operations team to align online and in-store promotions
- Assist in launching new store openings or campaigns
5. Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze content and livestream performance (views, engagement, sales)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing / content creation
- Comfortable in front of camera (for livestream hosting)
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook tools and trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Creative, energetic, and proactive personality
