We are looking for a creative, energetic,and trend-savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing team! As part of the marketing team,you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Management
- Manage and maintain company websites, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms
- Support and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and vendors for campaign execution
- Assist in media buying activities and monitor advertising performance
- Work closely with internal teams to develop creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies
Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the brand's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, RED, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with the brand's identity and marketing calendar
- Interact with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, outlets, and external agencies to ensure branding consistency
- Stay updated on market trends, viral content, and consumer behavior to create relevant and impactful campaigns
Reporting & Market Analysis
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance through monthly reports and insights
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer engagement
- Provide recommendations to improve digital performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing,Mass Communication, Business, or related field
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Passionate about F&B, lifestyle, and consumer branding
- Experience with food delivery and reservation platforms such as GrabFood, foodpanda, Inline, etc. will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Adobe CreativeSuite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- Creative, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written)
