Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the electrical engineering industry. This role will be responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote our products and services, strengthen our brand presence, and contribute to the overall organization goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing activities that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Support lead generation and business development activities through targeted campaigns and industry engagement.
  • Maintain and strengthen corporate brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Optimize digital marketing efforts including LinkedIn, EDMs, SEO, and website content.
  • Manage marketing collaterals and online channels such as brochures, catalogues, newsletters, website content, and email campaigns.
  • Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions, technical seminars, customer engagement events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and industry associations for event execution.
  • Work closely with management to support strategic initiatives and corporate presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to translate technical information into market-facing content.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as sales, engineering, projects and others to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Support tender-related marketing materials and specification positioning strategies.
  • Prepare marketing reports for management review.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, customer preferences etc.
  • Support resolution of customer complaints by recommend corrective actions and verify outcomes when necessary.
  • Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance overall marketing performance.
  • Take proactive measures to identify and prevent potential marketing issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Canva, EDM, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Business acumen to understand customer needs and identify market opportunities.
  • Positive, resourceful, and proactive to problem-solving and decision-making.
