This is a 12-month contract opportunity, based onsite with a telecommunications client's office.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive brand-led communications that influence consideration and improve digital sales performance. This role sits at the intersection of brand, digital, and commercial, translating strong narratives into measurable business impact.
You will help shape how Singtel shows up across digital touchpoints — ensuring campaigns not only build brand equity, but also increase conversion efficiency and demand quality over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Activating Integrated Brand Campaigns with Commercial Impact
- Execute brand-led campaigns across key moments (e.g. device launches, plan promotions, entertainment bundles)
- Translate brand strategy into digital-first executions across paid media, social, content, CRM, and on-site journeys
- Ensure campaigns are built for both salience and performance amplification
Connect Brand Efforts to Digital Sales Outcomes
- Partner with Performance Marketing team to translate brand narratives into high-performing creatives
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and funnel efficiency through stronger top- and mid-funnel messaging
Support Go-To-Market
- Work closely with Product Marketing team to shape clear, differentiated messaging (beyond price and promos)
- Ensure consistency across campaigns, website, and acquisition channels
Drive Audience & Insight-Led Marketing
- Identify key audience segments (e.g. families, gamers, streamers, digital natives)
- Translate insights into relevant messaging angles and content strategies
- Continuously refine positioning based on campaign performance and market response
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years in marketing, preferably in telco, tech, e-commerce, or FMCG categories.
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across brand and digital channels
- Familiarity with digital sales funnels and e-commerce journeys
- Strong instinct for clear, differentiated messaging in a crowded market
- Ability to simplify complex product propositions into consumer-friendly stories
- Experience in briefing and working with creative agencies/teams and media agencies
- Effectively bilingual and written communication skills in English and Chinese
