Job Summary
You will create and execute marketing and sales plans to drive global sales and brand growth. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to handle technical information and develop B2B client solutions while managing stakeholder relationships locally and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve global sales and brand growth targets
- Analyze and apply technical information from R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and promotion
- Identify client needs and assist in designing tailored solutions for B2B customers in aquaculture and related sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to promote new products and foster long-term partnerships
- Act as liaison between internal departments including management and production, and external partners, collaborators, and clients both locally and internationally
- Manage communication and coordination across stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project execution
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support sales and marketing activities
- Travel overseas as required to support client engagement and business development
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aquaculture, Material Science, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing B2B projects, preferably in aquaculture and fouling industries
- Proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and presentations
- Ability to work independently and professionally with a strong customer service orientation
