Overview
The School of Robotics (SOR) inspires children aged 416 to explore STEM through hands-on robotics, coding, and engineering programs. Were hiring a Marketing Executive to create engaging content, run social media campaigns, and manage influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Content Management
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Rednote ).
Assist in brainstorming and executing end-to-end social media campaigns, while monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics.
2. Digital Advertising & Promotion
Support the setup, tracking, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor key campaign metrics and contribute to performance reports.
3. Design & Multimedia Production
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, certificates, social media graphics, and event banners.
Assist in planning and producing video content for student testimonials, course highlights, and event recaps.
Organize and manage a content library of photos and videos.
4. Website & Content Updates
Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with current programs and events.
Write and update SEO-optimised website content to improve search visibility and support marketing goals.
5. Influencer & Community Outreach
Research and reach out to relevant influencers, parent bloggers, and local KOLs to promote SOR programs.
Manage influencer collaborations, including scheduling posts, ensuring content aligns with our brand voice, and tracking deliverables.
Monitor and compile performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions) into regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future collaborations.
6. Event Coverage & Visual Content Creation
Support event coverage through photography and videography, ensuring high-quality visual content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
7. Media & Public Relations Support
Support in liaising with magazines, media outlets, and news agencies for publicity opportunities and coverage coordination.
8. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Work with trainers to update trainer profiles and marketing materials.
Provide support for any ad hoc tasks assigned by the marketing or management team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, social media, or content creation. (Fresh grads with strong portfolios/interests are welcome.)
Proficient in social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva). Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a bonus).
Strong interest in photography and videography; familiarity with DSLR camera operations is preferred.
Passionate, creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
