ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Campaigns Management
- Create Advertising and Social Media ads, Affiliate briefs, landing page creation and any other promotional material such as brochures, flyers, roller banners, etc. Ability to create and publish organic posts in various social media such as WeChat, Weibo, Linkedin, TikTok, etc.
- Work with the team to deliver effective campaigns and tactical plans that drive new business, support the strategy and KPIs.
- Work with the marketing department to ensure all online and offline activity for the brand is up to date, consistent and on time.
- Assist the marketing managers to create video testimonials for the brand as well as to coordinate events/seminars/webinars to increase brand awareness.
- Improve customer journey across all touchpoints for both prospective and current students as well as alumni.
- Manage retention and upsell to existing customers, understanding their value and impact on the business revenue.
- Lead on the bi-annual website audits, ensuring the website is up to date and accurate.
People Management
- Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Work priorities in Singapore are to increase brand awareness and areas such as: Assist the Marketing Manager in managing the offline Marketing Budget.
- Creation of offline collateral: factsheets, brochures, roll-up banners, outdoor campaigns
Events management
- Press/Media - liaise with different publications to get us out there with the support of the team.
- Support with the Overseas Entrance project - WeChat, Weibo, Baidu.
- Support Management with other admin tasks.
- Competitor's research and mystery shopping too.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT
- Educated to degree level in marketing or a related subject (Diploma Level candidates may also be considered, based on strength of CV and candidate profile)
- The advantage would be to those who have working experience in an online and social media marketing environment
- Exposure to various Social Media and CRM or learning platforms beneficial
- Good analytical/numerical skills to be able to prepare and understand detailed marketing reports
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Thorough attention to detail & multi-tasking skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards work
- Solid business acumen, management and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management, organisation and leadership skills
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
