About the role:
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, and copywriting) to increase online presence and brand recognition.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies and service providers to execute marketing campaigns, including digital ads, SEO/SEM, and other initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
- Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance the company's brand image.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities are aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
You should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or marketing fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with external vendors and internal teams.
- Creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and an eye for design.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Xiao Hong Shu, Canva, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
