Position: Marketing Executive (Marketing + ClientEngagement)

Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Executive who is not onlycapable of managing marketing activities, but also confident in engagingdirectly with prospective clients. Your engagement with customers willprimarily be introducing the company (its products and services) to thecustomers only.
This role combines marketing operations, lead management,and client-facing responsibilities, and is ideal for someone who wants togrow into a key commercial role within the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing System & Operations
- Co-develop and continuously refine marketing plan and SOP
- Implement marketing SOPs (lead handling, response workflows, tracking systems)
- Plan and manage marketing activity calendar (campaigns, promotions, launches)
- Work closely with content creators to produce social media and advertising materials
- Coordinate execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
2. Lead Management & Funnel Optimization
- Manage incoming inquiries across platforms (WhatsApp, social media, etc.)
- Design and improve lead funnel (qualification → follow-up → conversion)
- Track and report conversion rates from inquiry to department head
- Maintain structured database of leads and performance metrics
3. Client Engagement (Pre-Sales)
- Attend to landed property & flat renovation inquiries (initial consultation)
- Introduce company profile, materials, and unique value proposition
- Your engagement with customers will primarily focus on introducing the company, its capabilities, and qualifying client needs before handing over to the Project Proposal Lead
4. Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
- Track revenue generated from marketing efforts
- Continuously refine strategies based on data
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be comfortable speaking with homeowners)
- Ability to think commercially (not just marketing execution)
- Organized and structured (able to build systems, not just follow tasks)
- Experience in marketing, sales, or property-related industries is an advantage
- Self-driven and able to work independently
