Marketing Executive (Performance Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with external agencies. Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ensuring reliable data tracking. Own website performance from a marketing perspective, focusing on improving enquiry and conversion rates. Identify optimization opportunities through testing, targeting, and messaging strategies. Plan and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage with users who didn't convert. Collaborate with the Sales team to gain insights on lead quality and conversion trends. Execute email campaigns aimed at lead nurturing, re-engagement, and promotions. Align marketing strategies with customer needs and business objectives. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to effectively execute marketing campaigns. Provide support for broader marketing initiatives and improvements as required. Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing. Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads either directly or through agencies. Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization techniques. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with email marketing tools is an advantage. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
