Job Scope:

• Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital channels

• Build and improve marketing funnels, landing pages and customer journeys to maximize conversion performance

• Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, messaging and landing pages

• Write persuasive marketing copy for ads, landing pages, emails, video scripts and promotional materials

• Conceptualize engaging ad creatives and work with designers/video editors to bring ideas to life

• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and acquisition efficiency

• Conduct market and audience research to better understand customer behavior and needs

• Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, platforms and technologies

• Leverage AI and marketing tools to improve content creation and campaign execution

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of digital/performance marketing experience

• Hands-on experience with Meta and/or Google Ads

• Creative with good copywriting skills

• Analytical and data-driven mindset

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Interest in finance, investing, or SaaS is a plus

• Bonus Skills: Exposure to Generative AI tools, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, email marketing or creative design tools will be an advantage.
