- Manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across major digital advertising platforms to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and return on advertising spend.
- Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximise marketing effectiveness.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance insights to support business and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop landing pages, creatives, and acquisition initiatives that drive scalable growth.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
- Familiarity with lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion tracking tools.
- Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or international market campaigns will be advantageous.
